20) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Courts in Pune, Maharashtra (or another competent jurisdiction in Maharashtra designated by HOC) have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes

- Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
